Role DescriptionThis full-time role as a Project Support Coordinator is based on-site in Omaha, NE. The primary responsibilities include providing administrative and logistical support for projects, coordinating project schedules, and serving as a communication link between clients and internal teams. The Project Support Coordinator will also assist in analyzing project data, ensuring deadlines are met, and organizing all related documentation to contribute to the successful execution of projects.
Qualifications- Experience in Project Support and Project Coordination to effectively handle multiple projects and ensure smooth workflows.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret project data, track progress, and resolve potential issues efficiently.
- Excellent Communication abilities to foster collaboration between team members, clients, and vendors.
- Proven skills in Administrative Assistance, including documentation management and schedule organization.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and self-motivated with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Experience with construction or in the sign industry is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
