You’ll support a high-impact COO in a fast-moving service-based organization, acting as a steady, reliable force who keeps priorities moving, details tight, and follow-through consistent. This is an ideal role for someone who listens closely, takes direction well, and gets things done—accurately and on time.

What You’ll Be Responsible For- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel
- Prepare agendas, materials, presentations, and track action items
- Coordinate communication and logistics between the COO and internal/external partners
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Execute special projects related to the operations
- Track timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure work stays on schedule
- Prepare materials for leadership and board-level meetings
- Draft, edit, and finalize communications
- Create clear, executive-ready summaries, reports, and presentations
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior leadership (executive or C-suite preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proven ability to follow direction, execute accurately, and complete tasks without hand-holding
- Professional, concise communication skills—written and verbal
- High level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
- A practical, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Direct, day-to-day partnership with a senior executive
- Clear expectations and decision-making structure
- Hands-on involvement in real operational work
