Position SummaryThis position provides comprehensive clinical and administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing EPIC templates, tracking authorizations, and coordinating testing materials. It also serves as the main contact for Psychology Outreach clinics, assists with staff onboarding, and coordinates facility maintenance. Clerical duties include inventory management, reception, and coordinating multi-disciplinary meetings.
Required Qualifications- High School education or equivalent.
- 4 years of general office experience.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to work independently under pressure, prioritize work, follow-through, and multi-task.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with One Chart/Epic.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English). Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to work with limited direct supervision. Good proofreading skills. Desire to learn new programs.
