Job Description
- Be energetic and professional in a large office environment.
- Assist clients in computer lab and set clients up on computer for appointments
- Gather paperwork from clients that come into the office
- Provide administrative and clerical support in a variety of areas
- Enter information into database as needed.
- Separate and distribute paperwork and mail to appropriate personnel.
- Order and stock supplies
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma required.
- Previous experience working in an office environment a plus
- Excellent communication and phone skills with ability to adapt within our diverse customer base
- Be able and comfortable in making answering calls and making outbound calls daily
- Proficient in computer and typing skills with the ability to multitask using different programs simultaneously
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (EX: Word, Excel, Outlook)
$18-$18
