Responsibilities
A Bit About the Role
* Must be motivated and reliable, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Posess strong understanding of the importance of creating and maintaining positive relationships within your department and the company overall
* Must also be able to work independently with strong multitasking, time-management, and prioritization skills
* Provide administrative support including a wide variety of duties comprising of:
* Answering phones, data entry, scanning, managing correspondence, management of daily calendar, scheduling on/off site meetings
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support or office assistant role
* Minimum of 2 years experience in property management or similiar experience
* 3 years experience in drafting legal documents, preferred
* Strong job tenure, with a history of sustained employment with prior employers
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Great attention to detail in typing and proofing written materials
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while working on multiple projects
* Strong phone voice and communication skills both written and verbal
* Proficient in Microsoft Office products
* In-Office Monday-Friday (not remote)
* No third parties
