• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, members, and callers, providing courteous and professional support.
• Assist priests and OCIA directors with administrative tasks, maintain sacramental records, and prepare the parish bulletin.
• Manage database updates, new parish registrations, and the parish calendar; schedule rentals for meeting rooms and the parish hall.
• Prepare the Pastoral Annual report for the Archdiocese, assist with Perpetual Mass Society memorials, organize parish and staff receptions, and coordinate leasing or purchase of office equipment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrated understanding of the Catholic faith and ability to reflect the church’s mission and values through professional interactions.

Education and Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, database, and Google Calendar;
Safe Environment training is required.
