OverviewUta Halee Academy (UHA) is a female-specific, residential program that offers young women opportunities to build productive and meaningful futures for themselves and their communities. Through rigorous education, positive skill development, and individualized therapeutic interventions and treatment, we empower youth to reach their full potential. The facility features residential student dormitories, on-site schooling, a dining hall, and extracurricular opportunities for the students.

$18 - $20 per hour

- Managing phone calls and answering inbound inquiries
- Preparing expense reports and submitting billing
- Overseeing daily concessions and handling petty cash
- Ordering and restocking suppliesli>
Assisting with new student enrollments and virtual appointments - Monitoring student visits with state workers
- Meeting various weekly and monthly deadlines
- Ensuring all administrative procedures align with Rite of Passage's professional standards
This role operates in a fast-paced environment that requires adaptability. Workflow and priorities can change rapidly, and candidates should be comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously and working under pressure. The position demands proactive problem solving, strong time‑management skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality. Resilience and the capacity to handle a high level of activity are essential.
Frequent interaction with at‑risk youth is part of this role.
Qualifications- 1-2 years of experience working in clerical or administrative work
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 years of age
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience working with at‑risk youth
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, TB test, and child abuse central registry search
Monday – Friday; 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. or a modified schedule within regular business hours (shared on‑call rotation; one weekend a month).
