- Pay: $53,800 – $62,000 annually

Coordinate and collaborate department projects to include parking lots, roads, sidewalks, doors, windows, flooring, signage and other small projects related to campus facilities. Provide contractor supervision on projects as assigned. Review maintenance project requests with campus departments. Develop reports as required.
Responsibilities- Project Coordination – coordination and collaboration of department projects (35%).
- Contractor Oversight – develop scope and oversee contractor work on campus (25%).
- Campus Signage – review and update campus signage (10%).
- Review Work Orders – review departmental work order and project requests, review scope with requestor and determine steps to be taken. Monitor progress of projects, provide status reports as required (20%).
- Recordkeeping – maintain and update TMA database and FMP files (10%).
Required
Education:
Associates degree in Construction Management or high school diploma and equivalent combination of education and experience in related field.
Required Experience: 2 years related experience.
Required License/Certification: Driver's License.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or trade related field.
Preferred Experience: Project management.

There is no remote or telecommute opportunity. This full‑time appointment is for 12 months and is classified as Exempt under FLSA. All work is performed on campus.
