Salary Range: $34,700.28 – $42,278.83 per year
Responsibilities- Perform clerical functions in assigned service areas such as criminal/traffic, civil/small claims, probate, guardian conservator, and adoption; respond to routine inquiries.
- Verify files and information for missing details and accuracy; distribute to appropriate staff for correction.
- Prepare and process motions; compile and maintain records by sorting, filing, scanning documents, and other related tasks.
- Receive, process, sort, file, and distribute a variety of correspondence, billings, payments, deliveries, mail, and other documents.
- Enter information into court databases and other computerized systems to maintain court records and process court motions.
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers, answering phones, greeting walk‑in visitors, and responding to requests for information.
- Perform other duties of a similar nature or level as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential duties.
- Customer service principles.

- Criminal coding concepts; federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations.
- Office procedures, methods, and equipment.
- Data entry techniques.
- Criminal history information.
- Providing customer service and interpersonal communication with coworkers, supervisors, and the general public.
- Maintaining and reviewing records for accuracy.
- Performing data entry.
- Operating standard office equipment.
- Using computers and related software applications.
- Reviewing reports for accuracy.
- Primarily sedentary work; occasional light lifting up to 20 pounds.
