Payroll Administrator - Excellent Compensation - 2.5 Year Contract Position with Permanent Hire Opportunities!
Hemphill has been engaged by a respected, mission-driven organization in Omaha to help them identify a detail-oriented, dedicated individual to join their payroll team in a long-term contract position. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys making an impact, and is eager to contribute to an organization that invests into the Omaha community.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of genuine individuals who take pride in producing quality work and giving back to others while doing it.
Primary Responsibilities- Validate employee timesheets for accuracy, identify and resolve discrepancies, and ensure payroll is timely and accurate.
- Enter, review, and validate all payroll information is correct in the payroll system.
- Communicate with internal employees to adjust hours and respond to payroll related questions.
- Ensure employees on leave are compensated correctly.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date payroll documents.
