Office Specialist (Evergreen) – Omaha, NE

Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing customer service and support to the Eastern Service Area foster care teams and administrator.
  • Manage day‑to‑day clerical operations for the foster care team.
  • Maintain a record of the IT bundle for new incoming staff, exiting staff, and current Relative Kinship Support staff members.
  • Ensure equipment is accurately recorded on spreadsheets and the Monday board.
  • Coordinate with the Administrative Specialist on ordering new equipment for employees.
  • Maintain an inventory of supplies needed for RKS team operations.
  • Review and mail fingerprint cards; verify accuracy.
  • Manage NFocus and Monday board entries, ensuring cases are accurately reflected.
  • Handle receipts for credit‑card usage each month and consolidate for accounting.
  • Arrange accommodations for leadership travel and manage vehicle and mileage usage monthly.
  • Ensure mileage forms are completed, corrected, and submitted appropriately.
  • Upload monthly reports, medical reports, background checks, report cards, and home studies into document imaging.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Coursework or training in administrative/office support functions, procedures, and methods, including use of personal computers and office equipment.
  • Or experience in customer service or public contact, or applying criteria/regulations, and/or performing administrative/office/secretarial support work using personal computers and office equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Foster Care team office support.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PDF.

  • Valid driver’s license.
