Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist for a temp–to–hire opportunity in Omaha, NE. This role is ideal for a polished administrative professional who enjoys creating a high‑touch, professional experience for executives, customers, visitors, and internal teams.
The Receptionist will serve as a key front‑office and event support contact, helping coordinate customer visits, executive meetings, on‑site events, meeting logistics, transportation, catering, and daily reception needs. This highly visible role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and outstanding customer service.
It offers the chance to work with supportive leaders, cross‑functional teams, and high‑profile visitors in a collaborative setting. The right candidate will bring a proactive mindset, a service‑first approach, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining a calm, professional presence.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors, customers, executives, temporary employees, and internal team members while providing a professional white‑glove experience.
- Manage visit and event logistics, including meeting room reservations, guest workspace setup, digital lobby displays, AV support, Wi‑Fi access, catering, signage, and special facility requests.
- Coordinate travel and arrival details such as flight monitoring, car service scheduling, luggage assistance, guest escorting, and departure transportation confirmations.
- Answer and transfer incoming calls, issue visitor badges and access cards, update phone lists, and support daily front‑desk operations.
- Support customer meetings, town halls, executive events, audits, tours, and on‑site client visits by coordinating schedules, agendas, vendors, and follow‑up items.
- Perform light administrative duties, PC support tasks, document preparation, envelope labels, manuals, and other office support assignments as needed.
- Pay Rate: $28 per hour.
