Coordinates the planning, organizing, administering, and monitoring of day‑to‑day administrative, operational activities and office services for the Student Services office and the Mary
E. Mahoney Mentoring Program. Supports the Assistant Dean for Enrollment Management & Student Success, the Director of the mentoring program and other program faculty and staff. Manages operational, financial, and human resource procedures.
- Plan, organize, and prioritize work activities; develop realistic action plans and maintain departmental systems; multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- Maintain professionalism, approach others tactfully, and handle pressure; demonstrate commitment and follow through on responsibilities.
- Communicate effectively at all college levels; edit documents; use office software including spreadsheets, word processing, databases, and PowerPoint.
- Work independently while responding to management direction; be a self‑starter, motivated and resourceful.
- Provide rapid customer service and respond promptly to requests for assistance.
- Encourage teamwork and coordinate work with other staff; provide direction for project completion as needed.

Education:
High school education or equivalent (minimum seven years related post‑high‑school education/experience). - Required Experience: Seven years of increasingly responsible administrative support experience.
- Required Computer Applications: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration or a related field.
- Preferred Experience: Experience in an executive academic setting, human resources, accounting, or leadership roles.
- Preferred Computer Applications: Microsoft Access, Project, SAP, Publisher.
