Job DescriptionProvide ongoing customer service and support to the Eastern Service Area foster care teams and administrators. Manage day‑to‑day clerical operations for the foster care team; maintain a record of the IT bundle for new incoming staff, exiting staff, and current Relative Kinship support staff members; ensure equipment is accurately recorded on spreadsheets and in the Monday board; coordinate with the Administrative Specialist on ordering new equipment;
maintain an inventory of supplies needed for day‑to‑day operations; review and mail fingerprint cards; review fingerprint cards for accuracy; manage NFocus and Monday board entries, entering data to ensure cases are accurately reflected; manage receipts for credit card usage each month; consolidate the credit card and complete the process according to the timelines provided by accounting; manage accommodations needed for leadership travel;
manage vehicle and mileage usage each month; ensure mileage forms are completed and sent to the appropriate department monthly, and ensure any corrections are researched and corrected before sending out; upload monthly reports, medical reports, background checks, report cards, and home studies into document imaging.
- Coursework or training in administrative/office support functions, procedures, and methods including the operation of personal computers and office equipment; or areas related to the programs and functions of the employing agency.
- Experience in customer service or public contact; or applying criteria/regulations; and/or performing administrative/office/secretarial support work including use of personal computers and office equipment.
- Experience with Foster Care team office support.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PDF.
Valid driver’s license.
