Overview
Provide administrative support to executives and leadership teams. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, organize travel arrangements, prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting materials. Screen calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism and confidentiality. Coordinate meetings, agendas, and take meeting minutes as needed. Organize and maintain confidential files, track projects and deadlines, process expense reports and invoices, coordinate special projects and events, and serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and vendors.
Maintain office operations and supplies. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
- Provide administrative support to executives and leadership teams.

- Screen phone calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and take meeting minutes as needed.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
- Track projects, deadlines, and follow-up items to ensure timely completion.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and purchase requests.
- Coordinate special projects, events, and executive communications.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and vendors.
- Maintain office supplies and support daily office operations.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
- 3+ years of executive or administrative assistant experience to executives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience managing executive calendars and coordinating meetings.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
