Release, Inc. isseekingan organized, resourceful, and people-focused Office Manager & Training Specialist
to support our administrative operations, workplace technology, and employee training programs.
This is a blended role for someone who enjoys creatingorder, solving problems, teaching others, and helping an organizationoperateeffectively. The person in this position will serve asa central pointof coordination for leadership, employees, vendors, office systems, and staff development activities.
The ideal candidate is technically confident, highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to explain systems and processes in a clear and approachable manner. Experience in child welfare, social work, human services, nonprofit youth services, or another mission-driven environment is strongly preferred.

Essential Responsibilities- Manage daily office operations, including office equipment, supplies, vendor relationships, administrative systems, and general office organization
- Serve as a central administrative support point for leadership and staff by managing incoming phone calls, email inquiries, scheduling needs, and coordination with appropriate team members
- Assist with scheduling meetings,trainings, events, appointments, and staff-facing communications to support smooth daily operations
- Plan, coordinate, and help deliver staff training programs that improve employee performance, support organizational goals, strengthen staff development, and reinforce trauma-informed service delivery
- Provide technology training and user support for staff, including helping employees learn workplace systems, create efficient workflows, follow documentation expectations, and adopt new tools or processes
- Support training related to trauma-informed care, child welfare, social work practices, mandatory reporting, professional boundaries, documentation standards, and other topics relevant to serving youth and families
- Coordinate traininglogistics, including scheduling sessions, communicating requirements, tracking attendance and completion,maintainingtraining records, and supporting onboarding-related training needs
- Lead and coordinate cross-departmental administrative, operational, and training-related projects as assigned by leadership
- Perform other administrative, training, and operational duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- Highproficiencyin Microsoft Office, Outlook/Calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other workplace technology systems, with demonstratedability to learn new tools quickly and teach others how to use them effectively
- Experience organizing, coordinating, delivering, and documenting staff training, including the ability to explain information clearly, adapt to different learning styles, and communicate expectations to staff
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and ability to support or train staff in practices that promote safety, consistency, professional boundaries, and respectful service to youth and families
- Experience in child welfare, social work, human services, nonprofit youth services, or a closely related field preferred
- Ability to balance administrative office management duties with training responsibilities, including strong follow-through, attention to detail, and comfort supporting both leadership and frontline staff
