In this role, you will be the face of the operation for all clients and visitors who come into the office. This person is going to be responsible for all things client experience and office culture - from marketing and event planning, to sending birthday cards and remembering a client’s favorite drink, this person will be the glue that holds the experience together.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support leadership through calendar management, meeting coordination, and special projects around the office
• Get to know the customers on a personal level - this firm builds deep relationships with each customer and their extended family over the course of generations
• Coordinate client events and office operations and technology
• Take on a wide array of projects and be the "I can figure that out!" person in the office
