Position SummaryAs an employee of the Dean’s Office in the College of Arts and Sciences, this position provides comprehensive administrative,financial, and HR/payroll support for the Schwalb Center and theDean’s Office. This position supports daily operations, coordinatesevents and meetings, manages budget-related activities for the Schwalb Center, and assists the CAS Business Manager with personnel and payroll processes. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.
This position also requires use of independent judgment and knowledge college and university policies.
Schwalb Center Administrative Support & Events Coordination
Duties:- Serve as primary point of contact for phone, email, andin-person inquires
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including maildistribution
- Maintain confidential records through retrieving, retaining,storing, compiling, coding, updating, distributing, and destroyingfiles as appropriate (electronic and paper)
- Coordinate office operations, including supplies, equipment maintenance, and work orders
