Office Manager About This Opportunity
Seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support to the team. This position will be a primary point of contact for employees, customers, vendors, and management while helping ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally.
Bonus Opportunity- $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days
Pay: $26.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

- Oversee daily administrative and general office operations.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle office correspondence.
- Provide customer service and communicate with customers, vendors, employees, and visitors.
- Perform order entry and maintain accurate information in company systems.
- Maintain files, records, documents, and company information.
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, invoices, purchase orders, and other documentation.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and basic accounting functions as needed.
- Assist with scheduling, meetings, appointments, and administrative projects.
- Support employee onboarding, timekeeping, and personnel paperwork as assigned.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor services.
- Communicate with production and other departments regarding administrative needs.
- Assist with training and day-to-day office procedures.
- Handle confidential information appropriately.
- Identify office issues and help develop solutions.
- Complete additional administrative duties and projects as assigned.
- Nice/ Business Casual Attire. No clothing with holes.
- Previous office management, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
- Strong people and customer service skills.
- General computer proficiency.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Strong data entry and order entry skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Dependable and detail-oriented.
