Position Summary
This position provides comprehensive clinical and administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing EPIC templates, tracking authorizations, and coordinating testing materials. It also serves as the main contact for Psychology Outreach clinics, assists with staff onboarding, and coordinates facility maintenance. Clerical duties include inventory management, reception, and coordinating multi-disciplinary meetings.

Bilingual (Spanish/English). Desire to learn and share information re: new computer applications. There are multiple and varied job duties that differ from day to day. Good oral and written communication skills (spelling, grammar). Ability to work with limited direct supervision. Good proofreading skills. Follow-through and attention to details very important.. Desire and ability to learn new programs needed.
