Auto Shop Recruiting is working with a well-established, multi-location automotive repair business in Omaha, NE that is looking to add a high-producing A-Level Automotive Technician to the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who thrives in a busy environment, knows how to move efficiently through heavy line work, and wants to flag serious hours in a shop with strong workflow and steady car count.

This position is not built around sitting on difficult diagnostic cases all day. It is built for a productive technician who can handle a wide range of mechanical repairs, stay in rhythm, and turn hours at a high level week after week. Qualified candidates should feel confident flagging 60+ hours per week in a properly managed, well‑fed shop environment.

Perform heavy line automotive repair work efficiently and accurately

Handle suspension, steering, brakes, cooling systems, engine work, and other common high-volume repair jobs

Complete mechanical repairs that keep cars moving through the shop and hours stacking up

Perform inspections and clearly communicate needed work to the service team

Work alongside a supportive team in a clean, organized, high-car-count environment

5+ years of professional automotive repair experience

Strong mechanical ability and confidence in heavy line repair work

Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop with the goal of flagging 60+ hours per week

Efficient, dependable, and motivated by productivity and performance

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
