Lead Real Estate Warehouse

Position Summary

Walmart is expanding its workforce and looking for a Lead Support role in one of the local warehouse locations. As a Lead Support at Walmart, you will supervise associates, assign duties, coordinate workloads, identify training and development needs, make recommendations on hiring decisions, promotions, coaching, teaching, and evaluating associates. You will build relationships, provide cross‑training opportunities, and consistently encourage teamwork with other areas.

The hourly wage for this position is $24.95–$28.45. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances.

• Monitors work plans, workloads, and associates to meet deadlines.
• Completes and prioritizes work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
• Resolves day‑to‑day associate challenges.
• Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, modeling and helping others adapt to change or new challenges.

• Six months experience as a Walmart Supply Chain associate OR one year of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment OR two or more years of college in a business or related field.

• Six months experience as a Walmart Supply Chain associate OR one year of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment OR two or more years of college in a business or related field.

• Leadership or supervisory role in a manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment.
