TheOpportunity
We are seeking a Director of Client Partnerships to lead client development and delivery across our Agriculture division, while also driving business development initiatives for our Accounting division
. This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role for someone who thrives in building relationships, creating scalable processes, and growing alongside the business.
As our customer base expands, this individual will play a critical role in building and leading a team
, helping define best practices, and establishing Hemisphere as a trusted partner to employers nationwide.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for Agriculture clients, from initial engagement through long-term partnership.
- Drive new client acquisition for the Agriculture division, with a strong focus on understanding workforce needs and delivering compliant solutions.
- Support and grow business development efforts for the Accounting division
, including prospecting, consultative selling, and partnership expansion. - Collaborate with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and value propositions across both divisions.
- Represent Hemisphere with professionalism and credibility in sales conversations, industry events, and client meetings.
- Facilitate and oversee the end-to-end H-2A application and placement process
, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience for clients. - Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal operations, legal partners, and international recruitment teams.
- Ensure clients are educated on timelines, compliance requirements, housing standards, and workforce expectations.
- Monitor application progress, proactively addressing risks or delays and communicating clearly with all stakeholders.
- Help design and refine scalable processes for client onboarding, service delivery, and ongoing account management.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, client satisfaction, and program outcomes as volume increases.
- As the business grows,
build, mentor, and lead a client partnerships and/or business development team
. - Contribute to long-term strategic planning, helping shape the structure and growth of both divisions.
- Experience in agriculture staffing, recruiting or immigration services.
- Proven experience in client partnerships, business development, account management, or workforce solutions.
- Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with business owners and executives.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complex, multi-step processes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something meaningful from the ground up.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
