Day to DayThe RGF Staffing Acceleration team partners with Recruit's global staffing companies to supercharge their productivity. We leverage Indeed's expertise in AI to augment and automate staffing operations. You and your team will be directly responsible for partnering with interested parties to make staffing operations more efficient. This role functions largely at the Service Design level. You will look beyond the interface to orchestrate the entire service, mapping how AI agents, human recruiters, and operational processes interact.
Responsibilities- Partner with product and engineering to design the end-to-end service systems, orchestrating interactions between AI agents and human recruiters.
- Create service blueprints and workflows to visualize how AI augmentation integrates into complex staffing operations.
- Validate concepts through qualitative research and prototyping to ensure automation solves real user problems.
- Audit key customer journeys to balance the experiences of job seekers, clients, and agencies simultaneously.
- Partner with globally distributed teams in Japan, the US, and Europe to align on product vision and execution.
- Participate in road-mapping exercises to translate high-level business goals into an iterative design strategy.
- Drive the design process in ambiguous environments, moving from abstract concepts to concrete product solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in product design, service design, or designing for complex systems.
- A portfolio that demonstrates systems thinking, showing not just UI, but how you solve for operational complexity (e.g., Service Blueprints).
- Bachelor's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Service Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
- Able to leverage research and data to guide actions around human-AI interaction and automation.
- Proven communication skills with an ability to collaborate inclusively with cross-cultural partners.
- Flexibility to accommodate global meeting times with partners in different time zones.

Salary Range DisclaimerThe base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
