Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a customer coordinator to join a premier manufacturing organization in Omaha, NE. The Customer Coordinator role is responsible for the administrative and analytical day-to-day functions of the sales team. This position has primary responsibility to efficiently evaluate open order reports and collaborate with the internal and cross‑functional teams to understand changes to production dates and disseminate that information back to the account executives to ensure accurate and timely delivery dates.
This position reports directly to the Director of Customer Coordination.

- Customer Service Experience (2-4 years)
- Associate's or higher in Business
- Strong Communication and Organization skills - Contract manufacturing on pharma experience
