Hours:

Monday‑Friday, 8am‑5pm Your Role

As a Franchise Operations Performance Coach, you will support franchisees in achieving operational excellence, enhancing unit performance, and maintaining brand consistency. You’ll serve as a key liaison between the franchisor and franchise owners, providing data‑driven insights, strategic coaching, and operational support across the full lifecycle of the franchise relationship—including during franchisee transitions such as ownership changes or rebrands.

What You’ll Do in This Role Account Management (50%)
  • Oversee the operational performance of assigned franchises, continually monitoring and assessing performance trends to identify strengths and improvement opportunities.
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend strategic action plans.
  • Proactively follow up on developed plans with assigned franchises, communicating regularly by phone, email, and online meetings to review the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives, overall operational franchise health, and adoption of programs and processes.
  • Travel to assigned franchise locations to assess execution and progress of initiatives and goals, creating a travel schedule prioritizing clients and their immediate support needs.
  • Perform in‑market validation of operational areas and develop plans for operational opportunities that may arise.
  • Complete remote and in‑market reviews of franchise standards, deployment of technology, and adherence to the franchise operations manual.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and ramp‑up of new franchisees through proactive engagement and development of launch/transition plans for accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, systems, and processes.
  • Coordinate operational support during key franchisee transitions, including market transitions and rebrands.
Relationship Development (30%)
  • Develop, cultivate, and maintain relationships that foster growth and development with franchise owners and their staff.
  • Collaborate with your department and other departments regularly through programming and process development.
Training (20%)
  • Develop training and follow‑up plans to improve, implement, and monitor operational execution of franchises for sustained growth.
  • Provide feedback and training to support the performance of operational KPIs, Officer Brand Experience, and overall brand standards.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to franchise owners and their teams on initiatives, technology, and processes essential to daily operational performance and delivery of client services.

Qualifications / Knowledge
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, multiple calendars, and webinar software.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a related field (Security Management, Technical Support, Business Operations, Private Security).
  • Military experience not required, but considered a plus.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to learn new programs quickly.
  • Willingness to contribute to a championship culture of teamwork, passion, and collaboration.

  • Work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Drive and operate a company patrol vehicle.
  • Travel by air and car up to 75% of the time.
