Overview
Project/Relationship Management Sr. Associate – Partner Project Management team. This role blends relationship management and project management, working across marketing, technology, customer service, and operations to support partner initiatives.
Responsibilities- Manage strategic initiatives, projects, and programs through comprehensive coordination and project management.
- Serve as the primary liaison and project facilitator among internal stakeholders, external partners, and third‑party vendors.
- Lead, develop, and deliver partner projects on time and within budget across areas such as Co‑Brand Credit Cards, Financial Institutions Credit Cards, Private Label Cards, and Unsecured Loans.
- Launch new products and features for partners, coordinating innovation, partnership opportunities, and marketing initiatives.
- Strategize partner enhancements to promote integration and business growth.
- Communicate product delivery plans, marketing initiatives, and partnership opportunities to stakeholders.
- Offer insights, suggestions, and impact analysis to improve strategic plans.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with partners.
- Onboard new partners and support technical enhancements, process improvements, and partner‑specific program upgrades.
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 years of project management and relationship management experience.
- Experience in marketing, operations, business development, technology, or partnerships.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with project‑management tools such as Smartsheet or Workfront.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization; no future sponsorship required.
Base pay range: $81,662.00 – $. Final compensation may vary based on experience, education, and skill level.
Work EnvironmentHybrid arrangement: approximately three days on site in Omaha, with two remote days. Minimal travel may be required.
