As a successful Product Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in understanding, promoting and enhancing the features and capabilities of our products to both internal teams and external clients.

• Collaborate with product development teams to understand the functionality and features of new and existing products.
• Work closely with clients and internal partners to troubleshoot, research and resolve product inquiries and impacting issues on client’s use of Fiserv products.
• Take a "Client First" approach by providing consultative servicing to meet client and company objectives; cultivate positive relationships with clients and internal partners.
• Act as a subject matter expert on our products during client interactions, demonstrations and training sessions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.
• Develop and deliver product presentations, training materials and documentation for both internal and external teams.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6-10 years of account management experience.
• 4-5 years of Fiserv experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills along with coaching skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance.
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Industry.
• Knowledge of Fiserv systems (PCF, ACS, Letters, DQ, Rules, 3270).
• Experience and knowledge of technical methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
• Proven experience in a product consultant or similar role within the technology or software industry.
