The Insurance Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of insurance agents to drive new business growth, increase client retention, and achieve sales targets. This role focuses on coaching, performance management, and implementing effective sales strategies while maintaining a client-first approach. This role combines client service, financial analysis, and operational support to ensure an exceptional client experience and efficient practice management.

Qualifications- Minimum 18 years of age
