Job Description Summary
- Coordinates various aspects of projects, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of projects.
- Accountable for planning and coordinating project scheduling and administrative tasks.
- Supports the project staff by facilitating project logistics as defined by department heads or project specification analysts.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures as outlined by company officers.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Provides primary administrative assistance to management staff as needed.
- Coordinates board meeting communication.
- Assists with special projects as needed.
- Maintains and updates company directories.
- Performs basic equipment maintenance.
- Reviews daily management reports.
- Performs prospecting calls.
- Stocks and maintains store showroom merchandise.
- Follows standard operating procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements
- Education & Experience:
1+ year equipment rental or related industry experience. - Able to read instructions, numbers legibly in English.
- Physical capability to lift, bend, stoop, squat, reach, crouch, and kneel; sit or stand for long periods.
- Must be very flexible to travel and work after hours.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds. Some positions may require driving for long periods, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions, and/or night and weekend work.
