Overview
Reporting to the Procurement Insights & Analytics Manager, you will partner with cross‑functional Supply Chain, Information Technology, and Finance teams to mitigate risk, modernize tools and drive programs within the Enterprise Procurement Insights & Analytics team. You will develop a deep understanding of Procurement systems, processes and governance while contributing to cross‑functional projects, advancing the Procurement Digital Roadmap, implementing tools and supporting savings goals.
Responsibilities- Drive streamlined Supply Chain processes and initiatives across the organization.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities in support of process improvement and risk management.
- Apply creative problem‑solving with an "art of the possible" mindset to deliver innovative solutions.
- Engage cross‑functional partners across multiple levels and elevate issues when leadership attention is required.
- Take ownership of work assignments that may include ambiguity and evolving priorities.
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal formats, tailoring messages to the audience and facilitating meetings with cross‑functional leaders.
- Support implementation of Procurement tools and processes aligned to the digital roadmap initiatives.
- Collaborate with super‑users and maintain advanced knowledge of systems including SAP Enterprise Central Component, other modules, project‑management platforms, and reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain or Project Management.
- Experience with project management, influencing stakeholders, team collaboration and driving results.
- Strong technical skills with systems such as SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Clarizen, PowerPoint and other analytical tools.
- Experience working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment while retaining a strategic end‑to‑end perspective.
- Strong detail‑oriented and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.

CompensationPay range: $82,000 – $120,000 annually. Final offer is based on location, relevant experience, skillset and internal equity considerations.
