Summary of the JobInstant Issuance Senior Specialist will manage card stock inventory, ribbon and film inventory, and printer in‑service, in‑transport, and spare pool inventory. The Specialist will handle shipping printers to locations when a replacement is necessary and may act as an Instant Issuance Support Agent when needed.
Responsibilities- Manage all Instant Issuance inventory: card stock, ribbon, film, and printers (in‑service, in‑transport, spare pool).
- Ship printers to partner locations as required.
- Act as Support Agent for the Instant Issuance team, ensuring partners receive high‑quality customer service.
- Assist partners with hardware support, audit support, error resolution, basic troubleshooting, and inventory.
- Enter, track, and report daily data accurately and promptly.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from partner locations and internal groups.
- Assist with daily auditing of assigned locations.
- Enter daily audits, compare with server data, identify & correct discrepancies, and escalate issues that cannot be attributed to normal activity.
- Process and track customer card requests from assigned partners.
- Work independently and make decisions on issue escalation with minimal supervision.
- Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank’s BSA/AML Program.
- Complete required compliance training and adhere to internal controls.
- Report any violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations.
- Report suspicious customer or account activity.
- Adhere to all work schedules and attendance guidelines.
- Maintain professional behavior and promote positive working relationships.
- Accountable for continuous best effort to complete assigned tasks.
- Show willingness to be a resource to colleagues and remain proactive and respectful in all relationships.
- 1 – 3 years of customer service experience.
- 3 months – 1 year of back‑office experience.
- Excellent customer support skills and proactive problem‑solving.
- Adaptable to changing environments.
- Must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
Base pay range: $41,116.00 – $65,787.00. Final offer may vary based on experience, education, and skill level.
Work EnvironmentHybrid role: 3 days in‑office per week and 2 days remote. The exact location may change based on business needs.
