Office Administrator/ Coordinator
We areseekingacharismatic and organized Internal Service Advisorto join our RV team. In this key role, you’ll bridge the gap between sales and service, ensuring sold units are prepped accurately and efficiently.
Key Objectives- Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience
- Coordinate Seamless Service Operations
- Review and assess internal service work orders for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate workflow and timelines with dispatch, technicians, and the sales team
- Ensure units are prepped and ready for delivery according to dealership standards
- Track the status of internal jobs and follow up to ensure on-time completion
- Assist with documentation, parts coordination, and warranty-related process
- Support inventory tracking and maintain accurate service records
- Communicate effectively across departments to align priorities and avoid delays
- Exceptional skills in customer service and communication
- Ability to use a variety of computer-based systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility with work schedules, including Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)
- Problem-solver who takes initiative
- Ability to pass a background and drug test
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Demonstrate alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions
- Eager to contribute to a smooth and efficient service operation
- Internal units are serviced and delivered on time and to standard
- Improved communication and coordination between service and sales
- Reduction in errors or delays due to incomplete work orders or miscommunication
- Increased efficiency in internal prep and warranty processes
- Strong support for a positive customer experience through behind-the-scenes accuracy and care
- A reliable, proactive presence that contributes to team success and dealership performance
