We are seeking a talented Wholesaler Concierge Desk Associate to join our team in Omaha, NE. This role supports the life and annuity sales teams within the Consumer Markets Division, ensuring wholesalers are proficient with the full suite of sales enablement tools.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent sales team support as the central point of contact for one‑on‑one assistance with sales enablement programs, tools and technologies.
  • Track and report key trends for stakeholders in Sales Intelligence, Sales Training and Marketing to provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage requests and act as a liaison with internal stakeholders to resolve complex, cross‑functional issues.
  • Perform extensive front‑line investigations into technical issues and log cases with accurate information.
  • Support the CE and webinar process in collaboration with Events Planning and Retirement Solutions Group, including report creation and reconciliation.
  • Research and troubleshoot system and sales tool issues and support new user onboarding and training.
  • Coordinate with Corporate IT and Salesforce COE to ensure tech and systems access for onboarding.
  • Gather and understand business stakeholder needs and work with key internal and external partners to refine, enhance and simplify the wholesaler experience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools to pilot, test, demo new solutions and features to wholesalers.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the enablement programs, sales tools and technologies available to the sales team and their integration.
  • Team player, adaptable with an amazing work ethic; coach and train peers as needed.
  • Develop and document training guides and videos in collaboration with Sales Training.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to implement process efficiencies and streamline the Salesforce and sales tools experience.
  • Provide guidance on building, and may build, Salesforce reports in collaboration with Sales Intelligence.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Advanced knowledge of the various tools, processes and technologies that support the field sales team, e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, Business Planning Dashboard, NBA, Seismic, territory management, Cvent, PL websites, Ensight, PPT, Lifeline.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and align internal resources.
  • Strong focus on customer experience and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to create efficient and repeatable processes and controls.
  • Analytical and technical mindset for meticulous troubleshooting and evaluation.
  • Resourceful with proven ability to tackle difficult questions/issues independently.
  • Effective written communication translating complex concepts into digestible content.
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Sales.
  • 2–3 years of sales enablement systems experience in a financial services environment, preferably with life or annuities.
  • FINRA Series 6/7 required; FINRA 63, Life Insurance and/or Variable Products license preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, or equivalent financial industry experience.
Desired Additional Qualifications
  • Experience with next‑best‑action, Hey Dan!, Lifeline, PPT, Ensight, SIMON and similar sales enablement tools.
  • Prior experience building and publishing Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Salary

Base Pay Range: $80,820.00 – $98,780.00. The actual compensation offered will depend on experience, qualifications and geographic location. Most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
