Position Summary
As a Realty Project Coach, you will be responsible for delivering store and club remodels, opening new facilities, and managing special projects across the United States. Your role is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep everything on track.
Travel to project sites throughout the country is expected.
- Motivate your team to meet timelines and deliverables on projects.
- Own the execution of projects in the stores you manage, communicating plans and obstacles to key stakeholders while minimizing operational impact.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, incorporating their ideas, recognizing achievements, and guiding career paths.
- Demonstrated experience in construction remodels, project management, space management, or store design.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams or complex projects.
Shift: Primarily overnight. Night shifts average 10–12 hours.
Travel:
Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles. You will spend approximately 80% of your time away from home, often 17–21 days at a stretch. Travel will cover surrounding states or farther as project needs dictate. Mileage is reimbursed and overnight stays are paid.
The annual salary range is $60,000 – $110,000, with performance‑based bonuses and additional compensation such as stock where applicable.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area; or 3 years of experience in these areas.
- Completion of all required job‑related trainings and assessments.
- Master’s degree in business or related field.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Supervise and develop associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and ensuring diversity awareness.
- Compliance with company policies, mandates, and the open‑door policy is essential.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to identify business needs, define processes, monitor progress, and adapt to change.
