About this Opportunity:
As a Senior Financial Billing Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. The role involves working closely with product development and cross‑functional teams to implement projects around the internally created billing system, improve legacy processes, and customize billing workflows for new business partners through mergers and acquisitions.
Hybrid work arrangement:
This role requires a hybrid employee, with at least three days each week onsite at one of the listed office locations. Candidates should be within a commutable distance to an office. Work location may change based on business needs.
- Lead and manage complex billing cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
- Analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve billing issues and support revenue operations.
- Maintain and improve billing systems and automation tools.
- Support month‑end and quarter‑end close processes related to revenue and billing.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development.
- Act as a subject matter expert for billing.
- Develop project plans for custom billing needs and monitor project progress.
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and help implement solutions.
- Test newly developed tools and functionality, provide feedback to product development, and communicate findings to other teams.
- Act as the lead in internal efficiency projects and process innovation for the Billing team.
- Resolve complex billing‑related issues.
- Multi‑tasks while maintaining careful attention to detail.

- Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
Salary Range: $56,046.00 - $82,313.00
