Job Overview
Franchise Operations Performance Coach –
Location:
Omaha, NE (On-Site). Reports to Manager of Operational Performance. Salary, exempt, based on experience. Frequent travel required (50–75%).
Account Management (50%)
- Oversee the operational performance of assigned franchises; continually monitor and assess performance trends.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend strategic action plans.
- Follow up on developed plans with assigned franchises via phone, email, and online meetings.
- Travel to franchise locations to assess execution of initiatives and develop plans for operational opportunities.
- Conduct remote and in‑market reviews of franchise standards, technology deployment, and adherence to the operations manual.
- Facilitate onboarding and ramp‑up of new franchisees through engagement and launch/transition plans.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, systems, and processes.
- Coordinate operational support during key franchise transitions, including market transitions and rebrands.
Relationship Development (30%)
- Develop, cultivate, and maintain relationships that foster growth with franchise owners and their staff.
- Collaborate with internal departments regularly through programming and process development.
Training (20%)
- Develop training and follow‑up plans to improve, implement, and monitor operational execution for prolonged growth.
- Provide feedback and training to support successful performance of KPI’s, brand experience, and overall brand standards.
- Offer ongoing support and training to franchise owners and their teams regarding initiatives, technology, and processes essential to daily performance and service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, multiple calendars, webinar software, and related applications.
- 1‑3 years of experience in Security Management, Technical Support, Business Operations, or Private Security.
- Military experience not required, but considered a plus.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to learn new programs quickly; proficiency with proprietary software is expected.

- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities as necessary.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Ability to drive and operate a Signal patrol vehicle.
- Travel by air and car up to 75% of the time.
- Pass a background check, including a Motor Vehicle Report.

You will work in a standard office setting with a positive team atmosphere. Cross‑department projects are frequent and occasional overtime may be required. Exposure to moderate noise levels and occasional outside weather conditions (walking between buildings, networking events) is expected.
Physical demands include sitting, standing, manual dexterity for computer use, walking, light lifting up to 11 lbs, occasional climbing, crawling, and bending. The role requires up to 75% travel by air or car.
