We are seeking a proactive Financial Analyst who can help drive process improvements, support ERP-related initiatives, and bring structure to financial and project tracking activities. This role requires someone who can work independently, identify inefficiencies, and help improve workflows across finance and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain purchase orders (POs) and support project financial tracking.
- Set up and manage new projects within financial and ERP systems.
- Support asset management and project documentation processes.
- Track financial data and ensure information is accurate, complete, and actionable.
- Generate financial reports and export data for analysis and decision-making.
- Partner with Project Managers and business stakeholders to gather information and maintain project records.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement more efficient procedures and workflows.
- Serve as a key resource during system, ERP, and operational change initiatives.
