We are seeking a Principal Product Owner who will own the roadmap across Dynamics 365, Client Portal, JDE, Power Platform, integrations, reporting, and line-of-business applications, while partnering with stakeholders in Land Management, Energy Management, Specialty Assets, and Accounting. This role with partner with stakeholders, business leaders, users, and development teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences, improve operational efficiency, and support company growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Define and prioritize initiatives that drive product success and deliver measurable business value.
Manage and maintain the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with organizational goals.
Oversee all phases of product development from concept through implementation.
Collaborate with stakeholders, users, clients, and development teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional solutions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, innovation, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Participate in integration design efforts and develop detailed requirements and supporting documentation.
Develop and execute test cases to validate solutions and ensure business requirements are met.
Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements based on user feedback, business needs, and market trends.
Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience leading large-scale technology projects and supporting operational business initiatives.
Demonstrated success driving product strategy and delivering impactful business solutions.
Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies and product management best practices.
Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
