Our client is looking for a Project Manager/Estimator who’s ready to take the reins on sizable projects and grow alongside an experienced, tight-knit team.

• Own projects from initial estimate through final completion — including bid development, client communication, and execution oversight
• Create and submit accurate bids for commercial construction projects, including hard bids and change orders
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes
• Occasionally visit job sites to monitor progress and maintain relationships (primarily office-based role)
• Assist in maintaining project schedules, budgets, and documentation using Sage 300 and Microsoft Office tools

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction as both a Project Manager and Estimator
• Demonstrated success managing projects in the $5M–$10M+ range
• Strong communication skills and a coachable, team-first mindset
• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
• Familiarity with CMAR, BIM, or 3D modeling is a plus
• A stable job history with a clear track record of completed projects
