Operations Manager
Due to continued demand, Royalty Roofing & Siding is growing and looking to add a Residential Project Manager to our team.
We’re intentionally adding top talent to support our production volume and continue building the best exterior home specialists in Omaha.
This is a 1099 contractor role designed for driven individuals who want significant autonomy and extremely high, uncapped income potential tied directly to performance.

Role Overview :You will manage residential roofing and siding projects from contract through completion while ensuring strong communication, quality control, and profitability.
Responsibilities:- Manage roofing and siding projects start to finish
- Coordinate crews, materials, permits, and schedules
- Maintain clear communication with homeowners
- Conduct job site inspections and ensure quality standards
- Track budgets and protect job margins
- Resolve field issues efficiently and professionally
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple active projects
- Construction experience preferred (roofing/siding a plus)
- Detail-oriented with high accountability
- Self-motivated and comfortable operating as an independent contractor
- Uncapped earning potential based on performance
