• Oversee all aspects of heavy civil construction projects from start to finish
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project completion on time and within budget
• Monitor and assess project progress and performance
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns
• Manage project documentation and ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained
• Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project goals

• 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction project management
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
• Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry
