Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take the lead on large-scale construction projects? I'm currently partnering with a rapidly growing Agricultural Construction company that is expanding its portfolio and taking on larger, more complex builds. They're looking to add a talented Remote Project Manager to their team who can confidently oversee projects valued at $15M and above.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale construction projects-from pre-construction planning through completion. This individual will collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

This is a remote role, offering flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration with project teams and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects valued at $15M+
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk management
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Maintain strong client communication and stakeholder alignment
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing construction projects valued at $15M or more
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in agricultural construction strongly preferred
• Experience in commercial or industrial construction will also be considered
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $110,000-$130,000 (commensurate with experience)
