Estimator - Industrial Construction

I’m partnered with a growing and well-respected industrial contractor that is actively expanding and looking to bring on an Estimator with strong industrial construction experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands industrial project environments, enjoys building relationships, and wants to be part of a company with a strong reputation, LOW turnover, and real long-term growth potential.

• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents for industrial and specialty construction projects
• Prepare estimates, takeoffs, and proposals across multiple industrial scopes
• Work closely with operations, project managers, vendors, and field teams
• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and preconstruction planning
• Identify project risks and opportunities during the bidding process
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Support projects involving industrial coatings, scaffolding, insulation, specialty construction, and related industrial services

• Experience estimating within industrial, mechanical, coatings, scaffolding, insulation, or specialty construction environments
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Strong understanding of industrial project workflows and operations
• Relationship‑driven mindset with strong communication skills
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Industrial construction experience highly preferred
