Lincoln, NE | $26–$38/hr DOE + Overtime + Full Benefits + Relocation Assistance Available

A well-established heavy civil and excavation contractor in the Lincoln market is actively seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to support large-scale sitework, underground utility, grading, and earthmoving projects throughout southeastern Nebraska. This is a long‑term opportunity with a strong pipeline of commercial, municipal, and infrastructure work.

Relocation candidates will be considered, and assistance may be provided for qualified applicants.

The Heavy Equipment Operator will safely and efficiently operate a variety of earthmoving and construction equipment on active job sites. Candidates with experience in mass excavation, underground utilities, site prep, grading, and civil construction are highly preferred.

• GPS machine control experience is a plus

• Commercial site development
• Roadway and infrastructure projects
• Utility installation
• Mass grading and excavation
• Industrial and municipal work

• 3+ years of heavy equipment operating experience preferred
• Experience reading grade stakes and site plans is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Strong safety mindset and dependable attendance
• Valid driver’s license required
• CDL is a plus but not required
