We're seeking motivated individuals to join us as Project Engineers on dynamic commercial construction projects across the United States. We are looking to add a Office Engineer on our project in Omaha, NE.
What You'll Do:
As a Project Engineer, you'll play a key role in coordinating and managing trade work on-site while ensuring the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with trade partners to coordinate material design, fabrication, delivery, and installation.
* Managing cost and design updates, including RFIs, change orders, and document updates.
* Supporting field supervision with seamless communication and logistics.
* Reading and interpreting construction design documents and specifications.
* Preparing construction cost estimates and quantity surveys for various scopes of work.
* Gaining hands-on exposure to Building Information Modeling (BIM).
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for recent graduates with the skills, drive, and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Sciences, or a related field.
* Internship experience in a commercial construction setting.
* Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling software.
* A willingness to relocate for new projects and career opportunities.
