We are seeking a motivated individual to join our construction firm as a Commercial Roofing Estimator. As part of our team, you will generate detailed cost-analysis and scope of work estimates using historical data, contractor quotes, and site surveys. You provide clients and stakeholders with thorough explanations of pricing and cost details based on gathered data and supported with further estimates of projected maintenance costs and expected product lifetime.

Our ideal candidate has extensive prior experience in commercial roofing, consulting, and cost estimating.

Our compensation rates range from $16.00-$35.00 per hour based on your qualifications and experience.

Minimum Qualifications Needed:

* Three (3) years or more of experience

* Good attendance and punctuality

* Willing to complete all pre-employment screening processes

* Willing to work at varying heights and in varying weather conditions

* Valid Driver's License or State identification

* Authorized to work in the U.S.
