We are a high-growth residential exteriors contractor delivering roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. We operate at scale with a relentless focus on delivering projects on time and on budget, margin discipline, and partnership loyalty.

THE ROLE

As Project Executive focused on working with Home Builders, you own the entire builder channel P&L. You are the face of our company to semi-custom and custom builders, responsible for securing, expanding, and flawlessly executing high-volume exterior packages on new-construction homes. This is a hybrid sales + operations leadership role — you sell the volume, price the work, and ensure production hits the schedule and is performed in accordance with estimate guidance.

WHAT

YOU ARE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
  • Revenue & Volume:
    Deliver on existing revenue targets while building a scalable process.
  • Builder Acquisition & Retention:
    Onboard new qualified builders. Maintain 95% contract renewal rate with zero preventable churn.
  • Production Efficiency:
    Maintain production schedules and communicate accordingly with customers.
  • Forecasting & Reporting:
    Deliver accurate monthly revenue & margin forecasts. Flag risks early. Own weekly builder pipeline review with Residential Leader.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Year 1

  • $2M revenue | 30% GP | $600K gross profit
  • 5-10 active builders | 120+ homes completed

Year 3 (Scale)

  • $5M revenue | 35% GP | $1.75M gross profit
  • 15–20 builders | 300+ homes/year
  • 2-3 site supervisors directly reporting to you
WHO YOU ARE (Required Qualities)
  • Builder DNA: 3–7+ years of Sales and Construction experience either at the GC level or working with Home Builders.
  • Master Craftsman:
    You hold crews, suppliers, and site superintendents accountable to high standards, in accordance with estimates, codes, and installation guidance.
  • Margin Obsessed:
    Proven ability to price, defend, and protect gross margins. You hate scope creep and love accurate Job Reports that align with your estimate.
  • Relationship Architect:
    You are the builder’s trusted partner, not just a vendor. Superintendents call you first. You attend model home grand openings and builder networking events.
  • Systems Thinker:
    Fluent in Builder Trend, Pro Core, or CoConstruct. You live in spreadsheets, forecasts, and capacity models.
  • Self-Starter:
    No hand-holding. You prospect, quote, schedule, and collect — all while keeping the Residential Leader informed.
  • Clean Record:
    Valid driver’s license, insurable, pass background check.
