MCL Construction is seeking a Construction Superintendent in Omaha, NE, who will lead all on-site operations for commercial projects ranging from $5M to $30M+. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of progressive construction experience, including at least 3 years in a superintendent role, and possess strong leadership and safety management skills.
You will be responsible for maintaining project schedules, safety standards, and quality deliverables, serving as the primary contact for owners and subcontractors. A competitive compensation package with benefits including medical and generous PTO is offered.
