In this role, you'll work directly with leadership, contractors, architects, and project teams to analyze plans, prepare accurate bids, and help secure high-value commercial glazing projects. Your ability to interpret architectural drawings, manage multiple estimates, and build strong client relationships will be key to your success.

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate project estimates
• Prepare detailed take-offs and cost analyses for commercial glazing projects
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, sales, and project management teams throughout preconstruction
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and bid submissions with precision
• Stay current on glazing systems, installation methods, pricing, and industry trends
• Build lasting client relationships to support future business growth

• Strong knowledge of commercial construction bidding and estimating
• Experience with glazing systems and exterior construction finishes preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and drawing interpretation skills
• High-level organization, communication, and time management abilities
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
• 2+ years of estimating or related construction experience preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Estimating, or Project Management
• Experience in commercial glazing or exterior façade estimating/sales
